Good forecast management allows us to achieve a high level of service by optimizing inventories and minimizing obsolete materials.
Global Purchase Management:
· China operation of suppliers (suppliers in the 3 continents where the Group operates: South China,East,China, North China ).
· Asia area : Japan, South Korea, India
· Warehouse system: USA Warehouse, United Kingdom warehouse , Netherland Warehouse.
